Ken Schrader Racing Prepares for Toledo

Concord, N.C. June 9, 2014) - Matt Tifft finished 19th in the ARCA race at Pocono International Raceway (Pocono, Pennsylvania) on Saturday, June 7.  Tifft was running second in the race and was involved in an accident, which caused him to lose five laps in the pits. He did a great job in his debut at Pocono and will return there to race later this season.

Look for Tifft in the KSR, Inc. entry at New Hampshire Motor Speedway on July 11 for the NASCAR K&N East race.   Before he races for the KSR stable again, Tifft will turn 18 on June 26.

Ken Schrader's weekend in the #9 Federated Auto Parts Modified began with the feature being rained out at Boone County Raceway (Albion, Nebraska) on Friday night. Schrader returned to the driver's seat to bag a 6th place finish at RPM Speedway (Hays, Kansas) on Saturday evening.

Ken will be driving in the ARCA race this Friday, June 13 at Michigan International Speedway. He will be displaying a Team Joseph logo on the #52 Federated Auto Parts Chevy to raise awareness of Duchenne muscular dystrophy. Please say a prayer for Joseph and all the children with this disease.

Team Joseph is a 501c3 non-profit that funds cutting-edge research to find a treatment for Duchenne muscular dystrophy. Duchenne is a progressive muscle wasting disease for which there is currently no treatment or cure, but we are going to change that! Formed around the fight of Joseph Penrod, Team Joseph makes a difference for all children battling Duchenne. It is our goal to make a difference for this generation of children as well as generations that aren't even born yet.
